CME Conflict of Interest
   It is the policy of Drexel University College of Medicine (DUCOM) to insure balance, independence, objectivity, and
   scientific rigor in all DUCOM sponsored or jointly sponsored educational activities. All individuals involved in the planning and/or
   delivery of a DUCOM sponsored CME activity are required to disclose to DUCOM and the audience any relevant financial
   interest or other relationship within the past 12 months, for yourself or your spouse/partner with: (1) the manufacturer(s) of any
   commercial product(s) and/or (2) the provider(s) of commercial services discussed in this educational activity as well as any
   commercial supporters of the activity.

Who should complete Conflict of Interest and when?

      ● Presenters, Moderators, Planning Committee Members, Authors, and Program Directors of continuing medical
         education programs accredited by Drexel University College of Medicine CME office must complete Disclosure of
         Commercial Relationships information.
      ● The Disclosure information must be updated annually and as changes occur throughout the year.
      ● Return as often as necessary to document change in your relationships, potential conflicts of interest and participation
         in additional activities/presentations.
